The Colts Season Parking Pass provides parking in the Merrill lot for all Colts home games. 450 West Merrill, Indianapolis, In 46225 Permits will be held at Will Call for pick up first home game-( Reg Season) Parking passes are valid (4) four hours prior to the start of all Colts games. No overnight parking.
